As part of our commitment to offering you high levels of customer service, we carry out regular maintenance and improvements on our properties.
We repair and maintain the structure and outside parts of your property such as gutters and roof tiles. Inside your home, we will maintain and repair water and gas pipes, wiring, heating systems, drainage, any electrical fittings that are part of the permanent fixtures such as electrical sockets and light fittings, and any other items which are part of the permanent fittings or structure of your home which we provided at the start of your tenancy.
Boundary fences and walls and paths leading to front and back doors are also maintained by our team. Where properties share areas, such as communal gardens, we will also maintain these and repair any structures which we erected in these areas.
