Here at Festival, we have received a number of awards in recognition of our commitment to training and development including achieving in 2013 the Investors in People Gold Standard award.  Back in 2010, we were a winner at the Worcestershire Ambassadors Corporate Social Responsibility Awards where Festival won the Workplace & Staff Award. The award recognised Festival’s work in training and developing staff. In 2013 we have also been awarded the Investors in People Gold Standard award.  

More recently, we have been recognised as an ‘Investors in Excellence’ and in March 2012, received recognition at the prestigious Investors in Excellence awards where we were awarded ‘Highly Commended’ in the ‘Excellence Champions’ category for our commitment to a programme of ‘Lean’ projects in 2011/12 which achieved excellent results.
